How do I buy a title?

Open the title in the app and tap the price. Purchases are processed by Apple through standard In-App Purchase. The title appears in your Library when the purchase completes.

How do I get a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I publish a title?

Go to Publish in the app, complete the submission flow, and disclose every AI system you used. Your submission is reviewed by the AI Editor against a published rubric. Titles that score 85 or above are accepted.

How do creators get paid?

Connect your bank to Stripe from the Profile → Payouts screen. When your titles sell, your 85% share of the net (after Apple's commission) is sent to your bank account by Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

How long do payouts take?

Up to a month, sometimes less. Apple settles in-app purchases on a monthly cycle, so a sale you made today may not reach your bank until the next Apple settlement plus Stripe's normal processing time (typically a few business days after the funds land in your Stripe Connect account). Live status for every transfer and payout is in the app under Profile → Partner Program → View sales & payouts.

What if a payout looks wrong?

Email mvalasek77@gmail.com with the title, the sale date, and the amount you expected. We can look up the transfer in Stripe and respond with what happened.

How do I report a title or another user?

Open the title or profile in the app and tap Report. We review every report and act on serious ones, typically within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. You may also email mvalasek77@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Deletion removes your account, library, drafts, and creator profile. Anonymised aggregates and legally required records (for example tax records of completed purchases) are retained.

I forgot how to restore my purchases

In the app, go to Profile → Restore Purchases. Apple will reissue your entitlements for any title you have previously bought on the same Apple ID.

Is this app for children?

No. AI Marketplace is not directed to children under 13. Some titles are intended for mature audiences; the maturity rating is shown on each title page.

If you are reviewing the app for the App Store: all buyer purchases use Apple In-App Purchase. Stripe is used solely to pay creators their share — buyers never see a Stripe checkout. The AI Editor and AI Autopilot review-time copy in the app is descriptive of the in-app rubric. A demo account and a sample payout walkthrough can be provided on request to mvalasek77@gmail.com.
